Once the e-liquid is opened, you should use it within 6 months – after this time the taste of the liquid may change.

A 10ml bottle of e-liquid will last approximately 5-7 days for a tank that has a coil resistance above 1.0Ω If you use a sub ohm device then expect to use more than this.

This is a matter of personal preference. You need to find the strength that works best for you, depending on your nicotine habit. Our shops and customer service staff can advise you what would be best suited to your needs.

No. The original flavour will stay until it has all been vaporised. Once this happens the new flavour will come through, but you don’t necessarily need to change the coil every time you change flavours.

Some tanks are filled at the top and some are filled at the bottom. We would suggest having a look on YouTube and Video pages for the product review for detailed information regarding the product you have purchased or are looking to purchase.

This is a matter of personal preference. Some starter vapers like to use Tobacco Flavours in the first few weeks before moving onto something Fruity or Dessert based.

This can be down to coil needing to be changed. The carbon that can be built upon the coil can sometimes make its way into the liquid and it is advisable to empty out the liquid, change the coil and then refill your tank with fresh e-liquid.

PG stands for Propylene Glycol (an artificial mixing agent) and VG stands for Vegetable Glycerin (a natural mixing agent.) These are mixed in different ratios to produce the base of every e-liquid, then flavouring and nicotine (if needed) are added. To put things basically, PG contributes to the throat hit you get and VG is used for dense vapour.

The throat hit is the sensation of the nicotine hitting the back of your throat, similar to the feeling of smoking cigarettes. The stronger the nicotine, the harsher the throat hit. Please ensure that you do not get nicotine that is too strong for you to use comfortably.

There are a lot of liquids which are suitable for vegetarians and some ranges are Kosher and Halal friendly. If you are unsure if the liquid is suitable for vegetarians please contact our customer service team or check the description on the e-liquid page on our website.

Flavour ghosting is when you can still taste the flavour from a previous e-liquid in the tank. This tends to happen with menthol flavours as these are hard to remove and you may need to completely clean out your tank and change the coil to remove the flavour.

“Normal juice” tends to have a higher PG ratio such as 70%PG / 30%VG, whereas the more “premium juices” tend to be high in VG and are a lot thicker due to the gloopy consistency of VG, whilst PG is more watery. MTL devices work better with higher PG juices and sub-ohm atomisers would need to be used with a higher VG e-liquids.

PG intolerance effects some people and can lead to side effects from vaping liquids containing high PG levels. The effects can be a dry, irritated throat, mouth ulcers and dehydration. It is advised to drink plenty of water and cease the use of the e-liquid. If you do find that you are PG intolerant, we recommend using a Max VG or 100% VG e-liquid going forward.

Vaper’s tongue occurs when the user does not change the e-liquid they use regularly and therefore start to lose the taste. It is advised to change the liquid for a week, then upon returning back to the original flavour you will be able to taste it again.
